Roofing, end to end.

Roofing is where this was built and where it is used every day. The measurement fields, the ventilation maths and the storm workflow are not adaptations — they are the original job.

The roof drives the estimate

Squares, pitch, ridge, hip, valley, eaves, rakes, step and waste. Enter them once and the material quantities follow — including the ones estimators usually approximate.

  • Roof area and pitch, with attic area derived correctly for ventilation
  • Ridge cap from ridge feet, starter from eaves plus rakes, drip edge from the perimeter
  • Waste as a set percentage rather than a personal habit

Ventilation done right

Required net free area from the attic footprint, split between intake and exhaust, existing vents counted and derated, and the shortfall expressed as pieces you can order. It refuses to recommend an exhaust-heavy attic.

Storm work

Canvass the affected streets, keep the knock history, book inspections at the door, and hold the insurance paperwork on the job — contingency agreement, claim details and photos in one place.

See it on your own jobs.

We'll walk your pipeline through it — your trades, your pricing, your crews — and you can tell us where it breaks.
