By role
Run the business on numbers you trust.
Most contracting software tells you what was sold. The question that keeps an owner awake is what it made — and whether the next one will.
Margin you can check
Real cost per job from a real ledger. If a job made less than it should have, you can see which cost did it rather than guessing.
Accountability without micromanagement
Sales by rep, pipeline by stage, SOPs and quarterly priorities in the same place the work happens — so a standard is visible rather than remembered.
It stays yours
Your brand on every customer document, your pricing, your catalog, your procedures. The platform runs the business; it does not put its name on your work.
Questions we get asked
- How do I know what a job actually made?
- Every job carries its real costs — materials, labour, disposal, permits and commission — so gross profit is derived rather than estimated. The P&L is built from the same ledger, which means the company number and the job numbers reconcile.
- Can I see margin before a job is sold?
- Yes. Each estimate shows cost, revenue and margin internally while you build it — and that view is never shown to the customer.
- Do I own my data?
- Yes. Your customers, jobs, pricing and documents are yours, and reports export to CSV.
- Can I hold reps accountable without micromanaging?
- That is the intent. Pipeline, sales performance and canvassing numbers are visible per rep from the same records the work already produces, so accountability comes from the system rather than from asking.

Know what the job actually made.
Every cost that touches a job lands in one ledger: material, labor with burden, subcontractors, processing fees, commissions. Margin is then arithmetic, not opinion.
The numbers, from the source.
Reports read the same records the work happens in. Nothing is re-keyed, so the number on a report and the number on a job cannot disagree.
The playbook, where the work is.
SOPs nobody can find get ignored. Putting them beside the pipeline your team already opens is the difference between a document and a standard.
See it on your own jobs.
We'll walk your pipeline through it — your trades, your pricing, your crews — and you can tell us where it breaks.
