- Do you charge per user?
- No. Every plan includes unlimited users. Add a rep, add a crew, add your office manager — the price does not move. Most of the software in this category charges $25–85 per person per month on top of a base fee, which means you get billed every time you hire.
- What happens when we grow?
- You move up a plan when you need what is in it, not because you added people. Plenty of companies stay on one plan for years.
- What is private onboarding, and is it worth $10,000?
- Four days on site with you and your team, travel included — no expenses billed afterwards. Two of those days are platform training for the people who will actually use it: reps, office, crews. The other two are us learning how your business makes money — how you price, where your margin comes from, how your production runs — and then configuring the platform to match, rather than handing you a default and hoping. Most software fails at a contractor because the team never got past the parts they already knew how to do without it. This is the fix for that.
- What does the setup fee cover?
- It is one-time, and listed on every plan above rather than buried in a quote. It pays for the real work of getting you live — our people configuring your trades, price book and templates, the systems we stand up behind your account, and a kickoff session with your crew. It is hours and infrastructure, not a line item. Moving historical data across from another system is separate, quoted per project, because what that takes depends entirely on what you are leaving.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Any time, in either direction. Annual and quarterly billing are both available if you would rather not think about it monthly.
- What happens to my data if we leave?
- You export it. Every plan, any time, no conversation required. Your jobs and your customers are yours.
- Why is your pricing on the website at all?
- Because everyone else's is not, and you should be able to work out what this costs without booking a call with a salesperson.
