Built by a contractor who got tired of the workarounds.
Not a software company that researched the trades. An exteriors company that needed software to exist and could not find it.
ACE Platforms began inside a working exteriors company — roofing, siding, windows, gutters and decks. The problem was not a missing feature. It was that the estimate lived in one tool, the contract in another, the schedule on a whiteboard, and the actual profit on a job nowhere at all until the year ended.
Every feature has a scar behind it
The ventilation calculator exists because sizing attic ventilation from squares instead of the attic footprint over-sizes every pitched roof, and nobody catches it. The cost ledger exists because “we think that job did alright” is not a number. Offline exists because storm neighbourhoods have no reception and reps were losing a morning of knocks.
Nothing here was added because it looked good on a roadmap. It was added because something was slow, double-entered, or getting missed — and it was measured against real jobs and real crews the same week it shipped.
What we believe
Your brand, not ours.Every document a homeowner sees carries the contractor’s logo and colors. Software that puts its own name on your contract is advertising at your expense.
One number, not two. If the estimate, the work order, the invoice and the commission do not read from the same record, one of them is wrong and you will find out late.
Say what it does. Nothing on this site describes something that has not shipped. If it is on the roadmap, it is not on the page.
