Win the job

Measure once. The estimate prices itself.

Enter the roof measurements once and the quantities follow — squares, ridge, valley, starter, waste. Change a measurement and every line that depends on it updates, because the formula reads the measurement rather than a number someone typed.

Quantities that come from the measurement

Each catalog item can carry a formula against your measurement fields. Ridge cap reads ridge feet. Starter reads eaves plus rakes. Waste is a percentage you set, not a habit one estimator has and another doesn't.

  • Per-trade measurement sets: roofing, siding, windows, gutters
  • Formulas reference measurement fields by name
  • Recalculate a whole estimate when a measurement changes

Good, better, best — priced automatically

Build tiers once on a template and every job can present them. The customer sees the difference between options in money, not in jargon, and the one you flag as standard is what every upgrade is measured against.

  • Multi-tier estimates from reusable templates
  • Optional add-ons the customer can accept or decline
  • Margin held per estimate, so discounting is a decision and not a surprise

Ventilation, calculated properly

Attic ventilation sized from the roof — required net free area, intake and exhaust split, existing vents counted, and the shortfall turned into a number of buyable pieces. Not raw square inches a homeowner can't act on.

  • Attic area derived from roof area and pitch, not from squares
  • Counts existing bird blocks and rectangular vents, derated for screen
  • Refuses to recommend exhaust that would exceed intake
  • A branded, customer-facing ventilation report you can attach to the estimate

Sell it at the kitchen table

A guided walkthrough turns the estimate into a conversation: it asks the questions, shows what each choice adds over the standard option, and ends with the total, the choices and the scope of work.

  • Runs full-screen on a tablet
  • Prices update as the customer chooses
  • The choices write straight onto the estimate, ready to sign

Questions we get asked

Does the ventilation calculator follow code?
It sizes to the 1/150 or 1/300 rule you select, splits intake and exhaust, and will not recommend an exhaust-heavy attic — which is the failure that pulls conditioned air into the roof. It is a recommendation for a licensed contractor to confirm, not an engineering certification.
Can I keep my own pricing and items?
Yes. The catalog is yours — items, costs, margins and formulas. Nothing is priced from a shared national list.

See it on your own jobs.

We'll walk your pipeline through it — your trades, your pricing, your crews — and you can tell us where it breaks.
